Master Bed and Bath:  Conceptualized custom iron mirror, chose fabrics + models, hired an artist to do painting on the wall inspired by the fabric, and add the pillow on the toilet. I chose fabrics for bed covering, pillows, bench and draperies.

Guest Bathroom:  I started from scratch.  Everything is custom; the shower, vanity, window treatment, mirror, tiles.  I chose the tiles, faucet and shower faucets, toilet, fabric and trimming, valance and curtain models, counter top, coloring, lighting, heater/fan, tile and mirror profiles.   I first drew the plans, then I ordered the material and supervised the progression of the construction.

Living Room:  I did the conception of the custom bookcases, wainscoting, radiator covers, and valance and drapery models.  I drew the plans and details of construction.  I also drew the floor plan.  The TV unit 3D drawing was the original concept to be built for the opposite wall of the bookcases.

The Boutique Calibre is a school project of 12 weeks.  The clientele targeted is young ladies aged between 15 to 25 years old.  Floor plan, custom furniture, material and finishes, and lighting favor a creative spirit which means that they can adapt easily to different needs and demonstrate innovations.  I drew the floor plan by hand and the perspectives have been drawn with the assistance of Form Z software.

I conceptualized the restaurant’s new look.  I drew a floor plan, a ceiling plan, elevations and a perspective showing the design concept.  I chose the material and finishes such as the ceramic tiles, colors, fabrics and lighting.  I saved the booths, and re- painted them.  I have been responsible to order materials and equipment needed for the accomplishment of the renovations.  I participated to the construction and supervised the sequence of the construction.

We decided to remove the existing siding and to save the original clapboard.  I chose the colors for the siding, window frames, doors and architectural details.  I drew the propositions and participated in different sequences of the renovations.

The Hair Salon Osé is the final school project synthesizing all the notions learned during the 3 year program.  I had to elaborate the programming, preliminaries, final presentation, and to establish a deadline and my own work method as well.

I drew a floor plan, lighting plan, custom furniture, and details of construction.  I chose material and finishes, and ordered them.  I saved and improved the existing furniture.  In the process of creation, I drew a perspective showing my vision.  I participated and supervised the remodeling.  The shop includes 4 areas: a café, a Design Center, a kitchen, and an office.

Dining Room & Bar: Starting from a fast food restaurant, I turned it into a classier restaurant; new floor, wall and ceiling treatment, custom furniture, coloring, fabrics. I drew the floor plan and proposed different solutions for different areas. I do not have the pictures for before and after.
